Using the service
You may use this website and our builder apps to create Android apps from content you own or have the right to use. You must not use them to build apps that infringe intellectual property, impersonate others, distribute malware, or violate Google Play's policies or the law.
Your content and your apps
You keep all rights in your HTML, assets and the apps you build. You grant us only the permission needed to process your project and produce the build. You are responsible for your app's content, its store listing, privacy policy and Data safety declarations.
Subscriptions
Pro is a subscription sold through Google Play and governed by Google Play's terms, including renewal, cancellation and refunds.
Availability
We aim to keep builds running at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Free-plan limits may change; we will announce material changes in the app.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including app-store rejections or removals. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
